  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • ½ cup ice
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (blueberries, then yogurt, honey, then ice) and blend until creamy
  2. Pour into a glass and drink up or into a bowl and top with your favorites (banana, more berries, almonds, chia, pumpkin seeds) and spoon up.
