- ½ avocado
- 1 banana peeled
- Large handful spinach
- Large handful green curly kale
- 1 cups frozen mango
- 1 cups frozen pineapple
- few springs fresh mint (optional)
- 8 oz water
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender in the order listed. Blend until creamy. Enjoy.
