This 5 ingredient Avocado toast is my go to daytime snack. It's creamy and satisfying so you won't be running back to the pantry in an hours time.

  • 2 slices fresh rustic bread
  • ½ large avocado, sliced
  • sprinkle of chili flake
  • sprinkle of sesame seeds
  • sprinkle of sea salt and pepper
  • squeeze lemon juice (optional)
  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Spoon on the slices avocado and slightly mash with the back of a fork into the bread.
  3. Sprinkle on the chili flake, sesame seeds, sea salt and pepper.
  4. Squeeze on some lemon juice and enjoy.
